**using shampoo & conditioner together vs a non-conditioning shampoo

1. Apply a generous amount from roots to ends on damp hair.
2. Comb through the length of hair.
3. Leave on for 1 minute, but no more than 5 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo and condition hair as usual.
